In Brisbane all sites within 10KM of the shop at Everton Park are free. Outside this there is a delivery charge of $12.50 in Australia and $27.50 overseas. There is also a handling and administration fee of $4.50 per order.

For overseas please email or phone with your selection or for a design and quote for delivery in the country of your choice. We are part of the Petals organisation which arranges flower deliveries of quality flowers by independent florists in the area of the recipient. Their conditions of warranty and quality are the same as ours so all of our conditions apply. It is important with these deliveries we obtain all relevant address criteria and a phone contact for the recipient.

For same day delivery we must have your order by 10 AM on the day requested for Queensland or 9 AM for states with Daylight saving during this time. Obviously western states have different time zones to consider. Delivery address's must be accurate and contain all the required details such as street names and numbers and if a unit the unit number. If an office building, the floor and name of the business and for hospitals the ward and floor number. For shops in centres a full description of the shop and name of the recipient.

Correct address details is important to get the delivery on time. We request you include a phone number of either the sender or recipient to enable us to achieve what are sometimes difficult deliveries. Orders outside the above times may well be achievable and we will make every endeavour to comply however if unable it will be delivered first thing on the next day. Re-deliveries for reasons of incorrect address or "recipient moved" will attract an additional delivery charge; however you will be notified of this charge.
