Substitution Policy
Sometimes due to seasonal supply or unavailability of a variety, particular flowers will not be available so we
reserve the right to substitute other flowers in place. However we will always endeavour to deliver a product that
closely resembles your choice. The most favourite choice is "bright flowers to florists choice" and always we endeavour
to supply the best arrangement possible. |

Guarantee
We guarantee our flowers to be fresh and of top quality and to be delivered at the time requested provided all
delivery criteria are met (see delivery conditions). Should you be unhappy with your flowers for any reason at all,
we request you ring us on one of our numbers or email us immediately so we can address the issue. All complaints
must be lodged within 7 days. |

Returns and Refunds
Sometimes cancellations are necessary and will be accepted subject to the following conditions. If the flowers
have left for delivery, cancellations cannot be accepted. If arrangements have been made up to order then they will
be offered for general sale and credited if sold. If unable to be sold then 50% credit will be applied. In all cases
of cancellation a $15.00 handling fee will be charged. |

Wine
Some states or Countries forbid the inclusion of alcohol in flower deliveries and in these cases we increase the
flower value by an amount equal to the alcohol cost. |
